The so called wireless phase 11 technology allows wireless carriers to track the altitude and longitude on a map of a 911 call. I would assume this is not only a 911 call, this could be used to track anyone within 300 meters of the call.
Before calls could only be tracked to the nearest cellphone tower the user made a call from, now this technology is getting very close approximately 300 meters from the cell phone user.
